How far in advance should we book?

For conventions and conferences, we recommend reaching out 60 to 90 days in advance. High volume seasons fill quickly. The earlier you lock in, the more preparation time we have to align with your specific program.

Do you work with our existing AV team and producers?

Yes. We work alongside your existing team, not around them. We plug into your run of show, coordinate directly with AV, and execute within whatever structure your event already has in place.
