What we do

We design and run audience engagement for corporate events. In practice that means one person holding the microphone, the music, the run of show and the interactive layer, so the parts of an event that have to move together are owned by one party rather than coordinated across three.

Emcee and host, DJ and live event audio, run of show ownership, and a custom built audience engagement kiosk and app. Corporate conferences, sales kickoffs, galas, awards nights, conventions, brand activations and executive events.

The commercial basics your procurement team will ask for

  • Insured, with certificates of insurance issued naming your venue and your legal entity as required, and we want the requirements at contracting rather than production week.
  • W9 and standard vendor onboarding documentation.
  • We will review and sign your paper. Send it with the quote request and we will tell you immediately whether we can sign it as written.
  • Payment terms matched to your accounts payable cycle rather than to ours.
  • Confidentiality agreements signed as a matter of course, in advance, for internal and sensitive events.
  • Named performer in the contract, with no substitution without your written approval.

Scale and the honest limits

We have run a general session for 500 attendees carrying more than 20 segments in a single day, and a full day life sciences summit for roughly 300 senior attendees. We host multi category awards programs, including the FTF News Awards at the Hard Rock Hotel New York in 2025 and again in 2026.

What we do not do: staging, rigging, screens, lighting design or full production management. On large productions we work as a specialist inside your production team rather than trying to hold the whole event, and we will say so at the first call rather than after you have contracted.

We also cannot be in two rooms at once. Multi room simultaneous programming needs more than one vendor and we will tell you that.

The differentiator, stated plainly

Most corporate entertainment vendors sell performance hours. The thing that separates us is that we own the interactive layer outright: our own touchscreen kiosk and DJ TV booth, running an application we build for your specific event rather than a licensed platform with your logo applied.

We debuted the system at the 25th anniversary of 9/11 Day at the Intrepid, where the build was a trivia application that explained every answer rather than only scoring it. See Audience Engagement Kiosk and Custom Event Apps.

It is scoped and priced separately from the performance, because it is development work.

Redundancy, because enterprise buyers ask

Speakers plus backup speakers, a full wireless sound setup, three wireless microphones with one backup powered on rather than packed, a backup laptop and a backup DJ table. At a summit in Newark a microphone failed mid program in front of roughly 300 attendees and the room was moving again in about eight seconds, because the spare was already live.

Coverage

Based in Marlton, New Jersey, working the New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia and DC corridor as a home market, with national travel. For markets outside that corridor we are straightforward about when a local vendor serves you better, and we will say so.

Single operator, and what that means for you

DJ Reese performs. The person on your discovery call is the person at your event. That removes the most common enterprise complaint about entertainment vendors, which is being sold by one person and delivered by another.

The corresponding risk is concentration, and we do not hide from it. We put a written contingency in the contract: defined notification window and a named alternative you approve in advance. We have also written the full argument against consolidating with a single vendor at Vendor Consolidation Risk at Corporate Events.

Commercials

Single day corporate work runs $5,000 to $8,000 depending on hours and scope. Multi day programs and custom application builds are quoted as packages. Most corporate events book us 60 to 90 days out.

Next step

Send the brief, your vendor requirements and your standard agreement. You will get a scoped quote with inclusions spelled out, and a straight answer about anything we are not the right partner for.
